Church, once a simple process, has been made entirely more complicated, although the beeper the nursery ladies made me wear was very retro and cool. I felt like the cool kid I wanted to be in junior high. Abbey and Elizabeth survived their first encounter with a Birmingham mega-church. The nursery and kids area were so like Disney World, we don't think we'll have to spend a dime going to Orlando in the future (please link to "No Spelling at the Table" for reference).
Back home safely, Amy makes sure we take as many pictures as we can.

Congratulations on your first church outing. Your next milestone: Having one of your kids get kicked out of Sunday School. That, of course, has never happened to us.
